Objective
Ensure the integration of public services into a mobile application with the ability to cross-sell products based on customer life scenarios. The main goals are to reduce customer churn, increase their transactional activity, become an assistant partner in solving routine life situations and increase cross-selling penetration
Work & results
Implemented integration with the government services platform, which provides an interface for digital documents
Implemented a list of digital documents (ID, passport, etc.), developed a QR code generation for digital documents
Implemented the feature of paying taxes for various purposes
